Sorry, but our story deceives me. I was expecting reasons supporting the impossibility of space travel. There will never be space travel for flesh and blood humans.
Mentally we haven’t progressed at all since the dawn of history. For me, space-travel stories are akin to Greek mythology in their respective role of explaining the unknown to the mass.
