Parallel parking? …I am an artist at it! Forty years ago, on a busied Saturday night summer evening in Montreal’s St-Denis street where there are many bistros with outside patio, I was parking my Honda civic in front of a crowd of onlookers in a very tight parking spot which nobody could have used before. I was aware of the onlookers! However, I didn’t hesitate and executed the better perfect-one-shot parking of my life. That is when I realized that I was an “artist”… When I got out of the car, the whole crowd of onlookers bursts into applause…and I welcome their admiration by bowing in front of them.
Undoubtedly, one day AI will be as good as me at it, but never any of them will be proud as I have been then!
