I didn’t read the article but I have a simple trick that cure mine instantaneously.
I read once an article on Temple Grondin, an autistic animal-behavior specialist who concocted a restraining-apparel, the Squeeze Machine to secure animals for treatment.
I decided to make one for me to cure my insomnia. I bought a long cushion that I used with many small ones to make a box which I hug compressing me in the process. And lo and behold, it works the first time I ever tried it, and still now after four or five years.
Try it! It doesn’t cost much, and maybe it will work for you too.
