I didn’t read the article..but:
If the entanglement of the universe and the probabilistic behavior of the elementary particles composing it are correct, traveling back in time is impossible since it would imply that every particle would have to return “determinately” to the exact state in which they were in the past, and there is not enough energy in the whole universe to do so with one elementary particle since every one of them are still “entangled” with the whole universe, because they were all there and one in the pre-Big Bang singularity.
The only thing that exists in the universe is an “implicate oneness” lasting 10-⁴³ (quantum time); the pass is gone forever and the future probabilistic only, which put a hole in Einstein’s continuum… (Sorry!)
Humanity has the fortune of being “proactive,” thus having the capacity to potentially change the future at each instant by acting on itself in the moment.
